  • Consulted on strategies and distribution for content posted to accounts with over 1.6 million followers, with a specific goal of enhancing student engagement

  • Implemented new approaches to tell the story of the Alabama game day experience through the UA Athletics Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts

  • Originated unsought ideas; spearheaded the use of filters for Instagram stories, which increased impressions and averaged a 97% completion rate when used

  • Ensured live coverage, wrote relevant copy, and distributed content in real-time to recreate moments for followers at over 40 sporting events

  • Led a rebrand of all social channels; shifted social messaging to be business driven, with content planning aimed to increase digital visibility and in-store traffic

  • Conceptualized an influencer marketing campaign and streamlined its implementation; tracked analytics and performance for three influencers 

​

  • Revitalized social presence with fresh content and restructured tone and positioning strategy to pinpoint and target our key audiences

  • Analyzed metrics to determine digital strategy with the objective of building brand awareness
